The Zoutelande Mill was built in 1722 on the northern side of the town of Zoutelande. Theree is a small inscription above one of the doors which commemorates the construction of the mill and the placing of the first stone by the ruling Mayors of the town. The mill is now owned by the municipality of Veere, and was restored in 1985. The Zoutelande Mill is still in good working order, and tours of the mill are available by appointment only.
