The Zeldenrust Mill was built for Mr. R. Oosting of Moscow in 1857. The Zeldenrust is a traditional corn mill, it was sold to the Omvlee family in 1919, and they continued to use the mill for commercial purposes until 1949. In 1973, the mill suffered heavy damage during a hurricane, but repairs were carried out the following years. The mill is now owned by the Zeldenrust Mill Foundation. The mill is open to the public on weekdays.
