The Windhond
Wilhelminaweg 1, 3441 XB Woerden - Netherlands

Map
The Windhond is a historic corn mill located on Wilhelminaweg in the town of Woerden. The mill was built in 1755 to replace an older post mill that had been demolished several years earlier. The Windhond was used to produce feed for animals until 1946. In 1977 the mill was sold to the town of Woerden, and the first phase of a major restoration project began. The mill was restored to working order in 1984. The Windhond mill is open to the public every Wednesday.
