The Coin Museum, or “Geldmuseum” is a museum devoted to the history of currency. The museum is home to a very large collection of coins from around the world. The collection of coins includes currency from Roman times to the modern day, as well as coin related artwork, money boxes, and books. The Coin Museum plays host to a number of temporary exhibitions each year, and runs special activities on public holidays.
