’t Witte Lam Mill
Groningerweg 47, AB 9738 Zuidwolde

Map

The Witte Lam is a small poldermill that was built in 1860 by J. Mammen in Bedum, to replace an older mill of a different, less efficient design. The mill almost faced demolition in 1950, but was saved when the town decided to purchase the mill and restore it. The restoration work was completed in May 1968. Today, the mill is maintained by Johan van Dijk. Tours of the mill are available by appointment only.
