The Stadhuis, or Town Hall, in Venlo is one of the most interesting pieces of architecture in the town. The building is a central feature of Venlo, and is adorned with fancy turrets, and an onion-like dome. It was originally constructed in the 16th century, but has been greatly modified over the years, although much of the medieval look still shines through. The building is quite close to the Martinus Kerk, another fine example of the architecture and historic richness of the town.
