The Ruysdael Mill is a sixteenth century grain mill in the town of Wijk bij Duurstede. The mill was built in 1555, and is a round-stones stellingmolen. The Ruysdael Mill is a very famous mill. It was featured in a painting made by Jacob van Ruysdael in the late 17th century, and this painting is currently on display in the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. The mill has had several owners, and has been idle for almost 200 years. Today, only the hull of the mill still remains.
