The Rosmolen is an historic mill located on Oude Zwolseweg in the town of Wenumse. The mill is located near to the Old Wenumse Slagmill. The Rosmolen is a horse-driven mill. This design of mill was popular with farmers, and was also often used by villages, that would have a ’greater rosmolen’, which was driven by two horses or donkeys. The Rosmolen is no longer used today, and is in need of restoration work.
