The Oranjemolen is a traditional corn mill located on the Oranjedijk in the southeast corner of the city of Vlissingen. The mill was built in 1699 as was owned by the city until 1738, when it was sold to a private miller. The mill was originally used as a pelmolen, for peeling barley and other grains. It was converted to a corn mill in 1874. Today, the mill is once again owned by the town, and is is ran on a voluntary basis. The Oranjemolen is open to the public every Friday.
