The Fairy Tale Forest is a theme park aimed mostly at younger children. The park consists of small houses and castles laid out at intervals along a winding pathway though a ’magical forest’. Inside each castle, mechanical puppets act out scenes from classical fairy tales such as Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Cinderella, or Hansel and Gretel. There are a handful of gentle rides, but no roller coasters or white knuckle rides. The park is ideal for young children, but older ones will find it too sedate.
