The Dick Bruna Huis is located in the museum quarter of Utrecht. It is devoted to the prolific Dutch artist, Dick Bruna who was born in 1927, and is still producing posters, illustrations and picture books today. He has produced over 100 picture books and 2,000 book covers so far, and the museum displays more than 1,200 of his works, given to the city on permanent loan. Bruna’s style is simple and clean, and his characters and pictures have achieved popularity all over the world.
