The Wrakkenmuseum “De Boerderij” in West Terschelling is a museum devoted to all things nautical. The ground floor is a bar, decorated carefully with a nautical theme. The upper floor holds a varied collection of items that have been salvaged from the island’s beaches and shipwrecks. The collection includes coins, cannons, the largest collection of diving helmets in the Netherlands, and a number of relics from the HMS Lutine, which sank off the coast of Terschelling in 1799.
