The White Mill was built in 1851 by the land owner Mr F. de Jonge. It was the first corn mill to be built in the town. In 1953 the mill was upgraded with a 25h.p electric motor, but this motor was removed in 1964 when the mill was restored. Today, the mill is owned by the Reimerswaal County. The mill is currently cared for by Mr. C van der Weele, and can be seen in operation when the weather is suitable. Tours are available by appointment only.
