The Victor Mill was built in 1853 by T. J. Rooijmans and was rebuilt in 1868 after suffering heavy fire damage. When the mill was re-built, its height was increased by 1.5 metres. The Victor Mill suffered heavy damage during World War Two. The mill was purchased by the town in 1955, and subsequently restored to working order. The mill is open to the public every Saturday afternoon, and tours are available on other days by appointment.
