The Schaapweimolen is an historic polder mill located on Molenwetering in the town of Rijswijk. The mill was built in 1826 to replace an older mill that had been destroyed by a fire the previous year. The Schaapweimolen was used to drain the 800 hectare Plaspoel and Schaapweipolder. The mill is now owned by the Delfland Water Board, and is used as a backup pump for the Hoek, Plaspoel, and Schaappwei Polders. The mill is open to the public.
