The Piepermolen was built in 1796 as a round-stoned belt mill. It was used to grind corn for farmers in the surrounding area. In 1940, the mill suffered heavy damage during a storm. The mill was restored in 1970, and further restoration work was carried out in 1994. The Mill is now owned by the Eibergse Mill Foundation. The Piepermolen is now ran on a voluntary basis, and is open to the public on Saturday afternoons.
