The Kersenbloom mill is an historic corn mill located on Waalweg in the town of Rijsoord. The mill was built in 1822, and was in use until 1961, when the last miller Gerrit Jacob de Kool, was forced to close the business because of fierce competition from other mills. The Kersenbloom was moved to its current location in 1991, and is now ran by the Rijsoord Mill Foundation. The Kersenbloom is open to the public every Saturday morning.
