The Hompesche Mill is an 18th century corn mill located on Bilt in the town of Stevensweert. The mill was built in 1722 for Count van Hompesch. The Hompesche Mill suffered heavy damage from British Artillery bombardments during World War Two. The damage was repaired by the Adriaens family in 1959. The Hompesche Mill is now managed by the Panheelgroep and Ark Foundation, and is open to the public on the first Saturday of every month.
