The Stadhuis, or Town Hall in Roermond is an interesting example of architecture, dating back to the 1700s. It is located in central Roermond, on the Markt, which is still used for weekly markets to this day. If you can visit on a day when these are taking place, you can marvel at the bustling, postcard perfect sights and atmosphere. The Stadhuis is quite close to the St Christopher’s Cathedral, another great example of architecture in the town.
