The Munsterkerk is located on Munsterplein in Roermond. It was originally constructed in a Romanesque style in the 13th century, but was converted to a more Gothicized building by Cuypers in the nineteenth century. The church holds the thirteenth century tomb of Gerhard III and his wife, Margaret of Brabant. The opening times and days vary depending on the time of year, but it is open daily during the summer months.
