The Grote Kerk, or Martinikerk in Sneek is a 15th century church which is a fine example of gothic architecture. It has an old wooden belfry and a two story sacristy which was added to the building in the 16th century, and the interior was re-modelled in the 18th century. The church sometimes plays home to exhibitions, and there are also organ recitals held there on occasion.
