The Luctor et Emergo is a working corn mill located on Kapelstraat in the town of Rijkevoort. The mill was built in 1901 for Hermanus Verbruggen. The Verbruggen family opened a small bakery, shop and cafe next to the mill in 1912, and this store is still owned by the family today. The Luctor et Emergo was restored in 1989, and is now maintained by the Boxmeer Mills Foundation, and is open to the public every Saturday.
