The Hulster Mill was built in 1884 by the Belgian mill-maker P. Willems, on the behalf of Abraham Hulster. The mill was severely damaged by a fire in 1900, but was rebuilt soon after. The mill also suffered heavy damage during the Second World War, but was restored in 1956. The mill is still owned by Hulster family, and is now ran on a voluntary basis. The Hulster Mill is open to the public every Saturday.
