The Frisia Museum in Spanbroek is a private museum which features a large collection of drawings and paintings by Carel Willink, along with a number of works by his contemporaries – including Raoul Hynckes, Wim Schuhmacher and Pyke Kock. Willink belonged to the magic realist school of art, and this museum features the largest permanent exhibition of his work. The collection held by the museum is too large to display in full, so they rotate the display on a regular basis.
