The Swartbroek Mill was built in 1905 for Anthony Weekers, in the place of an old water mill that had been recently demolished. The corn mill was sold to the baker John Wilhelmus Roelofsen in 1923, and a few years later was sold to Francis Albertus Munster, who carried out some major restoration work on the mill. The Swartbroek is now used to produce flower for local bakeries, and buckwheat for local butchers. The mill is open to the public.
