The Windmotor 1 in Oldelamer is one of several watermills serving the town. The Windmotor 1 is a fairly small wind mill, with 12 wind sheets, and a flight of 4.5 metres. The exact date of the mills construction is unknown, but the design of the mill suggests that it was built in the early part of the 20th century. The Windmotor 1 was built by the mill-maker IJlst Bakker. The Windmotor 1 is not currently open to the public.
