The Werklust Mill was built in 1858 for the Witteveen Family. The mill was used to grind rye, wheat, oats and buckwheat for the family, and the farmers that worked in the surrounding area. The mill was upgraded to use an oil powered motor in the early 20th century, so that it could keep up with the demand of the local bakeries. The mill is still in use today. Tours of the Werklust Mill are available every Saturday.
