The Windlust is Nieuwerkerk aan den Ijssel is an historic grain mill which dates back to the late 18th century. The mill was built in 1776, to replace a much older wooden mill. The Windlust was restored in 1999, following purchase by the Windlust Mill Preservation Foundation. The Windlust is open to the public every Wednesday and Saturday, although opening hours vary. The current opening times can be found on the mill web site.
