The Swan is a working corn mill located on Dorpsweg in the town of Ouddorp. The mill was built in 1846, and replaced an older mill which was moved to the town of Brouwershaven. From 1905 to 1998 the mill was owned by the Pape family, and was called the ’Loddersmolen’, in reference to the previous owners. The mill is now owned by the Goeree-Flakkee Mill Foundation. The mill is open to the public five afternoons each week, with appointments available for tours at other times.
