The Hope Mill is a working corn mill in the town of Maasdam. It was built in 1822. Before this time, the town had no corn mill, and residents had to take their grain to the nearby town of Puttersheok to get it ground at the mill there. The mill is now ran by the Foundation for the Preservation of Mills in Binnenmas. The mill is open to the public every Saturday.
