The Hollandsche Mill was built in 1927, to replace an almost 200 year old post mill that had been destroyed two years earlier by a severe storm. The mill was built with the help of the Dutch Mill Association. Since then, the mill has been preserved through regular restoration and repair work. Tours of the mill are available throughout the year, although opening times vary depending on the season, so it is best to call to confirm times, or book an appointment.
