The Terpzigt Mill is an historic polder mill located on It Aldlan in the town of Marssum. The mill was built in 1888 to serve the 14 hectare Tolsma polder. The mill is the smallest remaining ’spinnenkop’ mill in the province of Friesland. The Terpzigt Mill is now owned by the Menaldumadeel Mill Foundation. The foundation restored the mill in 1981, and it is now open to the public. Tours of the mill can be arranged upon request.
