The Muizenfort is a Dutch fort located in the town of Muiden. It is a part of the Muiden Fortress, which was a part of the Dutch Water Line, and later the New Holland Water Line, and the Defence Line of Amsterdam. The original fort was constructed in 1577, and extensive changes were made in 1875, when the fort was converted to become a part of the Defence Line of Amsterdam. The fort is now used as the office of the Pampus Foundation.
