The Leeuwenmolen is a 16th century corn mill located on Pieterstraat in the town of Maastricht. The mill is often referred to as the ’Molen van Clemens’, after the last miller. The Leeuwenmolen was decommissioned during the second half of the 20th century, and was converted into a dwelling in 1974. The building is now used as a private residence, and most of the workings of the mill have been removed. Only the outside waterwheel remains. The mill is open to the public.
