The Honderd Morgen Mill No. 1 is one of several historic polder mills in the town of Moerkapelle. This particular mill was built in 1648, and originally served the 592 hectare ’Hundred Morning’ polder. The mill was in use until the early 1900s. The Honderd Morgen Mill No 1 was a very large mill with a flight of 28.6 metres. Today, only the body of the mill remains. The building is now listed as a protected monument.
