The Gallery de Meerse is a gallery that specializes in applied and contemporary art. The gallery is located on Raadhuisplein in the town of Hoofdorp. The Gallery de Meerse has produced some interesting exhibitions in recent years, including the ’Art in Cities’ project which highlighted interesting street art and graffiti, and the ’Art in Animation’ project which looked at noteable animation shorts created by users of web sites such as YouTube.
