The Cornflower
Kloosterstraat 8, 6941 DW Loil - Netherlands

The Cornflower is a traditional corn mill located on Kloosterstraat in the town of Loil. The mill was built in 1855, using a classic single flock grindstone design. The mill is currently owned by Mr. HF Derksen. The Cornflower mill is still in use today, and is in quite good condition. Restoration work was carried out in 1970, and futher work was done in 1988. The Cornflower mill is open to the public, although it is best to call ahead to make an appointment before visiting.
