The Nederwaard Mill No. 4 is one of 18 mills located on the Nederwaard in the Kinderdijk area. The group of mills is the largest remaining one in the Netherlands, and was recently added to the List of World Heritage monuments. The mills that stand there today were built in 1738, but there had been mills serving the nearby polders since the mid 14th century. The Nederwaard Mill No 4. is not currently open to the public.
