The Lageveensemolen is an historic wipmolen located on Oostzijde Trekvart in the town of Lisse. The current mill was built in 1890 by the mill-maker Melman of Warmond, to replace an older mill that had been destroyed by a fire earlier in the year. The mill is relatively small, with a flight of just 18.4 metres. The Lageveensemolen was used to drain the 190 hectare Lageveen polder. The mill is now owned by the Rhineland Mill Foundation.
