The Katwijk’s Museum is a museum which displays items related to the history of the coastal town of Katwijk. The display includes paintings, costumes, ornaments, fishery related items, and photographs. The most interesting parts of the museum are the period rooms and reconstructions, which include a ship’s bridge, a drapery shop, a sailmaker’s and a coopery. The museum occasionally holds temporary exhibitions which display the work of local contemporary artists.
