The Industrion is located near the train station in Kerkrade. It is a museum which traces the industrial development of the Netherlands, with the emphasis being on paper, graphics, coal mining, and ceramics. The museum is very child friendly, with a lot of interactive exhibits and plenty of activities for them to take part in. Adults can still learn quite a lot about the development of the country from the museum, however.
