The De Grenswachter mill was built in 1889 for W. Janssens, and was sold to the Van Grootel family in 1892. The Van Grootel family ran the mill until 1970, when it was sold to the town of Luyksgestel. The mill was restored in 2002, and is now used as a combination flour mill and bakery museum. Visitors to the museum can watch the entire bread production process, from the milling of the flour to the baking of the final product.
