The d ’Olde Zwarver to Kampen is a traditional corn mill that was built in 1842 to replace an older mill that had been destroyed in a fire. The mill was located next to a dairy, and when the dairy needed to expand, the mill was moved over 500 metres to make room for the new dairy building. The move was a very long process, as the sails were removed from the mill, and the building was hoisted onto a 48-wheeled platform. The mill is open to visitors every Saturday, with group tours available by appointment.
