The Baal Brugger Mill is an 18th century corn mill located on Baalsbruggerweg in the town of Kerkrade. The water mill was originally owned by the Rolduc Abbey. When the abbey was closed in 1796, the mill was sold to a private owner. Since then, the mill has had several owners. The last active miller was Mathias Christian, who operated the mill until the 1950s. The Baal Brugger Mill is currently idle, and is undergoing extensive restoration work.
