The Witten is a traditional corn mill in the town of Etten. There have been several mills on the spot where The Witten currently stands. The first one was built in the 17th century. The Witten was built in 1861 by Jan Vos. It was sold to Johannes Gerhardus in 1865. The mill is now owned by the Ettense Mill Conservation Foundation, and extensive restoration work has been carried out. Tours of the mill are available by appointment.
