The Tea Museum, or ’De Theefabriek’ is a museum located on Hoofdstraat in the town of Houwerzijl. The museum is devoted to the history of tea, and to tea production techniques. The museum has a range of permanent and rotating exhibits, including videos, tea commercials, tea-related music, and more. The museum is open throughout the year, although opening hours vary.
