The ’T Wissel Mill in Elst was built in 1855 by the Van Ommeren brothers. The mill is a corn mill, and was in active use until 1930. The mill is now owned by the Utrecht Mill Foundation, and was restored to working order in 2005 thanks to a government grant which helped the Foundation pay for the extensive work which needed to be carried out. Tours of the mill can be arranged by appointment.
