The St Josephkerk is a church located on Jansstraat in the center of Haarlem. It was constructed in 1841, but there had already been a parish in the area for six centuries, with Arent Sassenheim founding the first parish in Haarlem in 1262. St Josephkerk is a Catholic church. It is quite unique in design, with a narrow entrance leading in to a very long, spacious interior. There are regular services held throughout the week.
