The Sara Catherine Mill is a 19th century corn mill located on Kievitsham in the town of Hoenzadriel. The mill was built in 1846, and has been used as both a corn mill, and an oil mill. During the Second World War, the Germans used the mill as a lookout. The mill suffered some heavy damage during bombardments by Allied forces. The damage was repaired in 1947. The mill was restored in the 1970s, and is now used to provide flour for bakers in the Assam and North Brabant Area.
