It is thought that the St Victor corn mill was built in 1852, although the year 1841 is marked on the hood. Most experts believe that 1841 was the year that the post mill of Nederweert was built, and that parts from that mill were used in the construction of the St Victor Mill. The St Victor Mill was used as a co-operative corn mill for the benefit of local farmers. The St Victor Mill is currently owned by the Trouwen family, and is open to the public every Saturday.
